01 - 2 cups plain Greek yogurt

02 - 1 cup guava preserves or guava jam
03 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
04 - 1 cup fresh kiwi, peeled and diced

06 - 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
07 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
# How To Make It:
01 - Stir the guava preserves to loosen them if thick; set aside for easy layering.
02 - In 4 serving glasses or jars, spoon 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt into the bottom of each vessel.
03 - Add a layer of guava preserves (about 1 tablespoon per glass), spreading gently over the yogurt base.
04 - Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of granola over the guava layer in each glass.
